Technical Support

The best way to get technical support on any of our products is via email. We try to answer such email questions within an hour of reciept during our office hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm Mountain Time. Direct your support requests to:

We would prefer that you limit your support questions to this address to issues or problems with our products only (i.e. PCB's, kits, or software we provide). We will help you get up and running with our hardware and integrate our software into your applications, but we cannot answer questions about 3rd party software or hardware (i.e. compilers, assemblers, or chip programmers).
